Our Approach:  Our physiotherapy clinic strives to provide the highest quality one-on-one musculoskeletal physiotherapy intervention. Be it is an injury or trauma; our focus is on your betterment. We take to every effort to understand your problem, discuss your clinical diagnosis, and outline a personalised rehabilitation plan.

We will ensure you are offered a best suited evidence-based treatment for your injury that will enable you to get back to the normal life activities as quickly as possible. Our patient centered approach ensures we offer a standardised care based on your need.

You will be treated by a qualified chartered musculoskeletal physiotherapist who will:

  • Perform a detailed assessment of your condition/ injury
  • Offer a thorough management
  • Design your personal rehabilitation and exercise program
  • Regularly monitor your progress, and modify your program as you improve

 

We offer a variety of interventions based on evidence-based approach, including:

  • Manual therapy: hands-on joint mobilisations and stretching to restore movement
  • Individualised exercise programs
  • Electrotherapeutic modalitites
  • Acupuncture
  • Dryneedling
  • Massage therapy
  • Custom Orthotics – including casted devices
  • Taping – Kinesiotaping and rigid tapin

A referral is not needed to be seen at the clinic. If you do have a referral from your doctor, it can be brought in for your first appointment.

We are health oriented and recognise every aspect of patients’ health. We are result focused and ensure to provide a patient-focused approach. This comes with a good clinical reasoning underpins our physiotherapy musculoskeletal practice.

We communicate with you and offer a sensible timeframe for rehabilitation which will facilitate your return to normalcy. This goal is achieved with meaningful outcomes focussing on your health and well-being.

Our Physio’s have a broad range of experience with many years of extended scope experience and post graduate musculoskeletal training.   While we treat most injuries across the MSK spectrum, below are some of the more common specific to our practice.

  • Hips: Labral tears, OA, gluteal/hamstring tendinopathies, bursitis
  • Necks and Back pain, Cervicogenic headache. Disc or facet related lower back and neck pain, Spinal rehab.
  • Spine: Low back pain – Disc Lesions (Bulge/Prolapses), spondylolysis, neck pain
  • Knees Patellofemoral pain syndrome/ PFJ maltracking, Patellar tendonitis, ACL rehab, OA
  • Ankles/Feet Ligament sprains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathies.
  • Shoulders: Impingement/bursitis, rotator cuff conditions, and capsular stiffness.
  • Elbows Tennis and Golfers elbow
  • Wrists/Hands 1st CMC joint OA, carpal tunnel, De Quervain’s tenosynovitis.

Cost:

Initial physiotherapy assessment cost – € 50

Subsequent treatment session are €45 each.

Subsidised cost of  €40 euros for medical card / long term illness card holders.
